At least once a week, someone on my friends list will go to a concert, whip out their smartphone, and start recording. They will then post way too many of these clips onto Snapchat or Instagram stories. Why do they do this?
The videos are almost always low quality (most concert venues do not have sufficient lighting for most smartphone cameras), the sound is incomprehensible, and the artist on stage can rarely be clearly seen. This is particularly true when the user has an Android phone, because for some reason Snapchat is only optimized for iOS.
I can understand one–or maybe two–clips. Any more than that and it starts to get annoying.
